Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow your space to be filled. If you cancel within 24 hours or don't attend your session, you will be charged in full. For safe practice, clients arriving 10 minutes or more after the class start time will not be permitted to join the session, as the warm-up is an essential part of every class. Your class credit will be forfeited. If you think you may be delayed, please email the studio as soon as possible so we are aware. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee entry once the class has begun.
